Offer a new experience

The CCAP is a leading pension institution in Neuchâtel. With the creation of a new logo, the CCAP called on Talk to me to create a website that highlights the institution's assets in a more obvious way and proposes a modern approach with a marked focus on the mobile experience of customers.

Create engagement with news and newsletter

Concerned about better communication, Talk to me helped the CCAP in the creation of a news feed with the implementation of a wordpress blog as well as the configuration of the Mailchimp solution for the management of newsletters. A popup inviting users to subscribe to the newsletter was also added to improve the acquisition of new readers.

Rethinking the organization of content

CCAP publishes a large number of documents every year. Talk to me has implemented a powerful and flexible file management system in Wordpress to improve the experience of both employees and customers.

Valuing know-how

During the reflection on the architecture and content, we identified the need to group the services with clear and understandable entries and not to bring too much information on the home page of the site. The choice of a full-page menu allows us to visually create a hierarchy and thus improve the visitor's experience. 

Mobile approach

As an essential medium, mobile was at the heart of the thinking in terms of user experience and design with clear and straightforward entries. The addition of contact data at the bottom of the page helps create better engagement with customers. The CCAP had in mind to put forward the phone to keep what makes its strength: the human contact and the dialogue.
