User-friendliness of the site
As a major player in the aid to vulnerable people in the canton, the Red Cross of the canton of Neuchâtel wanted to make its website more intuitive to use, with quickly accessible information and a more contemporary design.
These 3 axes guided Talk to me's approach, with accessibility and the site's architecture as the main goal. We wanted to make it easier to read by allowing to find relevant information quickly.
Navigation and access to content
Thanks to a visible and efficient menu, accessibility is greatly improved. Buttons leading directly to the desired information simplify the experience and navigation of the site. With several separate activities, a quick and global vision was necessary in order not to spend too much time looking for the object of the visit. The services and training being numerous and very diverse, it was necessary to find a system that would allow for a flexible layout, but would also allow for uniformity in the structure of the pages.
