Management report CPCN

A hybrid project combining editorial rigor and digital experience. For the Caisse de pension du canton de Neuchâtel (CPCN), we designed a printed and digital version of the 2024 annual report.

Project background

Every year, the Caisse de pension du canton de Neuchâtel (CPCN) publishes a management report for its policyholders, partners and cantonal authorities. Until now, this document has been considered unattractive, difficult to read and lacking in commitment. 2024's objective was clear: to make this report readable, consultable and understandable by as many people as possible, while adding a real graphic and digital dimension.

A modernized paper report

We started with the printed version of the report (approx. 60 pages), relying in part on the visual codes of the existing website, which we had also designed. To this, we added a new graphic line, simple and strong, based on raw geometric shapes (circles, squares, semi-circles...) to evoke solidity, reliability and clarity.

Structuring graphic elements punctuate reading, lightening text blocks and facilitating access to key information, without overloading visually.

An interactive flipbook has also been designed to facilitate online reading of the report. Integrated directly on this page, it allows you to browse through the document smoothly and intuitively, on any media. Take a look below.

A synthetic, interactive and animated web version

The digital version is a condensed single page, designed as a dynamic translation of the paper report. It reproduces the main points, while adding :

  • Animated figures to give rhythm and depth to key indicators
  • Animated graphics modernize the sometimes complex visuals of the past
  • Fluid, intuitive navigation optimized for all media (desktop, mobile, etc.)

This web version makes consultation more engaging, especially for policyholders and occasional readers.

A project of clarity and confidence

This project combines editorial and digital design, with a focus on graphic continuity and accessibility. A fine example of the transformation of dense, institutional content into a readable, coherent experience adapted to new uses.
